Therapeutic Assistants play an integral role in brain injured clients successResidential

The Therapeutic Assistants (TA's) at TLC play an integral role in the overall success of each brain injured clients success. By providing 24 hour awake and on duty staffing, TA's provide input to the treatment team on a daily basis, monitor treatment programs round the clock, provide structure and supervision for clients to practice new skills and support clients in the on-site transitional apartments.

Residential staff or TA's at TLC offer a caring, nurturing and professional environment and who have a variety of medical backgrounds and interests, such as;

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Certified Medication Aides (CMA)
  • Certified Employment Training Specialist
  • Nursing Students
  • Students in related disciplines with Bachelor's and/or Masters Degrees
